fareed zakaria writes about a different atmospthere and tone at the world economic forum at davos this year: the sidelining of america. his basic observation: the world over knows that america fucked up big time and is sucking wind right now, so there is no use in bitching about it anymore. global leaders are now starting to evict the idea of a u.s. dominated world from their minds. mr. zakaria tries to dissect exactly what that could mean.
